A small, sensible cleaning kit for the kitchen, bathroom, floors and the surfaces you touch every day.
Cleaning is easier when the supplies live where the work happens. You do not need a different product for every surface, but a few reliable basics can make a weekly routine much less intimidating.
Keep the high-touch surfaces in sight
Door handles, light switches, taps and kitchen counters collect the most fingerprints. A simple all-purpose cleaner and a clean cloth can handle most of them without turning the job into a production.
Give the bathroom its own kit
A toilet cleaner, a bathroom surface cleaner and a dedicated cloth are a good starting point. Keep them together and use them consistently. Follow the contact time on the label so the product has a chance to do its job.
Think about the floor
A broom, a mop and a floor cleaner that suits your flooring are enough for routine care. Sweep or vacuum first, then mop with a little ventilation and let the floor dry before walking through.
Choose products you will actually use
Stronger is not always better. Pick the product that matches the surface and the job, keep the lid on and store it safely away from children and pets. A smaller, well-organised kit is easier to maintain than a cupboard full of unfamiliar bottles.
